My expertise as a programmer is mainly in applying advanced programming and machine learning to solve real-world problems. My work spans from developing predictive models for Covid-19 bed occupancy in nursery homes to setting up the BioBank database in R for the Amsterdam Medical Center, reflecting a broad capability in turning data into actionable insights.

In the realm of machine learning and automation, my experience with automating machine learning models at Assensia BV for (financial) risk shows my skill in creating efficient, secure, and production-friendly solutions. This, combined with my earlier role in developing standalone RShiny interfaces, showcases my ability to make complex analyses accessible and actionable.

My projects, such as the psychometric research for the Dutch Ministry of Education and the development of models to quantify uncertainty for the Institute for Public Safety in the Netherlands, are examples of where statistical and machine learning techniques can be applied in diverse contexts.
